Getting started

1. Create your workspace

Go to Sign up, enter your store details and admin account (name, email, contact number), and choose a 4-digit till PIN. You become the store's admin with full control.

2. Add your menu

From the till at /app, add your products, categories, tables and delivery zones. You can do this on a desktop, laptop or tablet.

3. Share your QR code

Print a table QR code or share your store link. Guests scan it, browse your menu and order straight from their phone.

Common questions

How does guest QR ordering work?

Each table gets a QR code. A guest scans it, sees your live menu, adds items to a cart and sends the order — it appears on your till and kitchen display instantly. Guests can also call a waiter and track their order status.

What happens if the internet goes down?

KashikeyoPOS is offline-first. The till keeps working through a dropped connection — orders and changes queue up locally and sync automatically the moment you're back online. Nothing is lost.

How do I add staff?

As the admin, open the staff settings inside the till and add each employee with their own name, role (owner, manager or cashier) and till PIN. Roles control what each person can access.

Can I run more than one branch?

Yes. A single account can manage multiple stores/branches, each with its own menu, tables and stock kept separate. Switch between them from the store selector.

Is my data private to my store?

Yes. Every store's data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL row-level security, so one store can never see another's data. See our privacy policy for details.

How does billing and the free trial work?

New workspaces start on a 14-day free trial — no card required. We'll share plan details before your trial ends. For questions, contact support.
