Getting started
1. Create your account
Go to Create your account and give your business name, your name and your email. We send a six-digit code to that address; entering it creates your own database, shared with no other business, and takes you straight into setup. Nobody approves you and nobody waits — and you set your own password on your own store, so we never send you one and never hold it. Your 14-day trial starts the day your store goes live.
2. Onboard your business
Your install opens on a guided fourteen-step setup: company, outlet, GST registration, currency, menu, staff and their till PINs, your store's public address. It runs on a desktop, laptop or tablet.
3. Share your QR code
Print a table QR code or share your store's address. Guests scan it, browse your live menu and order straight from their phone.
Common questions
How does guest QR ordering work?
Each table gets a QR code. A guest scans it, sees your live menu, adds items to a cart and sends the order — it appears on your till and kitchen display instantly. Guests can also call a waiter and track their order status.
What happens if the internet goes down?
KashikeyoPOS is offline-first. The till keeps working through a dropped connection — orders and changes queue up locally and sync automatically the moment you're back online. Nothing is lost.
How do I add staff?
As the admin, open the staff settings inside the till and add each employee with their own name, role and till PIN. The roles are Owner, Administrator, Outlet Manager, Cashier / Waiter, Kitchen, Store Keeper and Accountant / Auditor. Each role sees only its own screens, and the server refuses sensitive actions such as voids, refunds and closing a month unless a manager or above is signed in.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. A single account can manage multiple stores/branches, each with its own menu, tables and stock kept separate. Switch between them from the store selector.
Is my data private to my store?
Yes. Every store's data is isolated at the database level using PostgreSQL row-level security, so one store can never see another's data. See our privacy policy for details.
How does billing and the free trial work?
New stores start on a 14-day free trial — no card required, starting the day your store goes live. We'll share plan details before your trial ends. For questions, contact support.
