- Account information — the store name, owner name, email address and contact number you provide when creating a workspace.
- Business data — the products, orders, customers, staff records and settings you enter to operate your store.
- Guest order data — information submitted by your customers when they place an order through your storefront (such as table number, items and any contact detail they provide).
- Technical data — basic logs needed to operate the Service securely and diagnose issues.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve the Service.
- To authenticate you and keep your workspace secure.

Data isolation & security
Each store's data is logically isolated at the database level using row-level security, so one workspace cannot access another's data. We use encryption in transit and follow reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Data ownership
Your business data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You remain the controller of your customers' data.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure), only as needed and under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can access and update much of your information from within the app. To request export or deletion of your data, contact us.
